We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@giftlyfree.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We'll be happy to help you return your order for a refund.

The warranty is only valid under the following conditions:

• The goods must not be damaged. The original packaging must be available;
• The goods must be in a condition for resale by us;
• After we receive the returned goods, the order will be canceled. Any amount already paid by the customer will be refunded to the customer's account from the original payment within 3-6 business days of cancellation.
• Cancellation of orders must be made to us in writing.

The following goods are excluded from the right of return:

• Ordered goods for business projects;
• Custom-made goods. Such specially ordered and/or custom-made goods cannot be returned.
